Our piano and keyboard class is perfect for introducing children aged 5-8 to this popular instrument. Through a variety of games and fun activities, pupils will become familiar with the piano in a relaxed environment tailored to younger learners.

In small groups of up to five, children will learn music notation, basic techniques, and develop their sense of rhythm and pitch. Each child will have their own keyboard or piano for the duration of the lesson.

This class serves as an excellent foundation for progression to our more advanced piano/keyboard classes or individual piano lessons. The curriculum, designed by Director Nicole Tonner, balances traditional learning methods with Kodály techniques and engaging games.

*Materials Required*
The lesson book we use within this class is called 'Piano Adventures - Primer Level' by Faber. We have copies to use for trial classes but all pupils must then purchase their own copy thereafter.

Our music school operates during school terms from Monday to Saturday. Classes and lessons continue as scheduled on bank holidays and in-service days. For specific term dates, please refer to our website.

🔄 Automatic Enrolment 🔄

Your child will be automatically enrolled in the next block of classes, ensuring their space is reserved without the need for rebooking. Their spot is guaranteed until you inform us that they no longer wish to continue.

💳 Payment Policy 💳

• Fees must be paid through Class for a Kids invoices.
• All fees are due before the first class of the block.
• Consistent late payments may incur a late fee.

💸 Refund Policy 💸

• Refunds will be issued only if a class is cancelled by us.
• In the event of a pupil’s absence, full payment is still required as the class will proceed as scheduled.
